1/4 beef takes about a 5 cu ft freezer or so. Custom processing is separate to the locker.
Just double the quarter, simple as that!
A whole beef can be taken to your locker of choice, within a reasonable distance.
We also raise small batches of hogs on the side, and sell them direct as well.
A half a hog will cost approximately $100, depending on size.
A whole hog will give you plenty of meat, however you like it.
